I work with mothers to Recover and Reclaim their bodies after birth!

My name is Arooj Shazad. A fellow mother and a qualified traditional Moroccan postpartum doula, currently also expanding my expertise into clinical herbalism. After travelling and training in these traditional ancient practices passed down by traditional midwifes we simply don’t find in western society, I now offer the same exclusive services I was blessed to receive, to mothers all over the world to heal, nourish and help you RECOVER and RECLAIM your body after birth.
